Today we would like to introduce our latest development to you: The MR®756 coupling agent powder for self-mixing coupling gel for ultrasonic testing.
Mix only the amount you really need for your test. The high-yield concentrate (sufficient for 5L of ready-to-use coupling agent) significantly reduces transportation costs and volume, making it ideal for carry-on or shipping. Simply mix the required amount with water and avoid unnecessary excess quantities. This protects the environment and also relieves your wallet!
The ready-to-use, mixed coupling agent powder has excellent characteristics:
- Coupling gel powder for mixing to ready-to-use gel with water.
- 125 g for 5 liters of ready-to-use coupling gel, ratio 1:40
- Non-toxic, non-flammable
- Formaldehyde-free
- High viscosity, non-drip
- Good conductivity
- Allows easy gliding of the UT probe over the surface
- Very skin-friendly and easy to remove
- Non-labeling – ECO-LINE
